This Dude Pours Water on a Sidewalk, and the Effects are Amazing!

Thanks to this dude, rainy days are a little less bleak in Seattle, Washington. Peregrine runs the art instillation company Rainworks, who have started creating works of art that only become visible when wet. The pieces, which he has placed on sidewalks all over the city, are made by spraying a special non-toxic, environmentally safe, and biodegradable material over a stencil. Once set, the material keeps the ground underneath dry during rainfall, whilst the rest of the sidewalk is drench. This produces a two-tone effect which allows Peregrine to create his pieces. When the sidewalk is dry, the images are invisible.
