Eastwood, 94, issued a statement to The Hollywood Reporter expressing his deep sorrow and gratitude for their years together.
The cause of her death has not been disclosed.
Sandera and Eastwood met while she was working as a hostess at his Mission Ranch Hotel and Restaurant in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California.
The couple had been together for over a decade, attending various Hollywood events, including the 2015 Academy Awards, though they kept their relationship private.
Eastwood, who has three children from previous marriages to Dina Eastwood and Maggie Johnson, and five more from earlier relationships, shared, “Christina was a wonderful and caring woman, and I will miss her greatly.”
