Judge Dismisses Case after Man Shows up to Court with Helmet On
Judge Caprio knows that when it comes down to the rules of the road, not every driver can follow them perfectly. Such was the case of one man and his son.
The man showed up to court and stood in front of Judge Caprio ready to defend himself.
But he didn’t have to do so for very long. The judge reached his verdict in just 40 seconds, without asking questions!
The man admitted that his son made an error by parking in front of a fire hydrant. But his son was also picking him up after he had undergone brain surgery. He revealed to the judge that he had to get part of his skull removed because of a brain cancer diagnosis.
The cop who issued him the parking ticket didn’t even believe him when he pointed to his helmet and told her what it was for. She handed it to his son without another word.
Of course, because Judge Caprio is so compassionate and understanding, he dismissed the ticket due to the circumstances. The man deserved a break!
