These doctors made medical history in the country of Haiti performing a surgery that had never been done there before. Henri Ford, originally from Haiti, gathered a team of doctors to separate the conjoined twins, Marion and Michelle. Before this seven hour surgery, this twenty four member team gathered to pray. The twins, now six months old, were born conjoined at the abdomen and share a liver. The operation to separate them was very risky, but everyone was able to celebrate when just two weeks later this twins were released to come home as healthy and happy twin girls.
