Royal Expert Claims Prince William Has Lost All Affection for His Brother

The last public appearance of royal brothers Prince William and Prince Harry together was during Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral.

Since then, speculation about Harry’s potential return to royal duties has circulated, but royal experts suggest that William is moving in a different direction.

Reports indicate that Harry seeks an apology from William, which he is unlikely to receive.

Omid Scobie, a royal expert and author, noted that during the funeral events, William was not keen on appearing with Harry and Meghan. Scobie explained, “William felt pressured by King Charles to invite his brother and sister-in-law to greet mourners in Windsor. This was a significant public moment for him, and he wasn’t enthusiastic about it.”

He added that the royal family’s willingness to unite in front of the public suggested the possibility of finding common ground.

However, the aftermath revealed that the brothers went their separate ways, with no further reconciliation.

Since the funeral, Harry has returned to the UK multiple times, yet he and William have not met.

He reportedly declined an invitation from King Charles to avoid being at the same table as William. At a recent memorial for Lord Robert Fellowes, both princes were present but maintained their distance, surprising guests with their lack of interaction.

Prince Harry has expressed a desire for an apology regarding the treatment of his wife, Meghan Markle, suggesting that King Charles might be the only royal willing to discuss peace with him.

Hilary Fordwich, another royal expert, stated, “If anyone were to reach out, it would be King Charles III, who still longs to connect with Harry.

But it’s Prince William who remains firm in his refusal to communicate.”

William has taken on a protective role, reminiscent of his grandfather, Prince Philip. Jennie Bond, a royal commentator, remarked on the desire among royal fans for a brotherly reunion.

Despite the ongoing tension, experts believe William will not intentionally exclude Harry from his coronation, though the relationship remains strained. Christopher Andersen, a royal author, stated, “Things between the brothers have never been worse, and the current estrangement is regrettable.

However, William is carrying significant emotional burdens, especially with his wife and father facing health challenges.”
