A Widow and Her Kids Stopped by Cops on The First Day of School – Wait until you See Why!

Five years ago, Phoenix Police Officer Travis Murphy was killed in the line of duty. At only 29 years old, Travis left behind a wife Danielle and two beautiful children, Kaylee and Kody. On the day of his death, Travis’ fellow police officers made a somber promise to the newly widowed woman, that no matter what, she would not walk through this life alone and that her two little children would always be kept safe and sound. So five years later, on their first day of school, a group of police officers and brave firefighters showed up to escort the two little children to their first class.
Thank goodness for the brave men and women first responders who not only made such an honorable promise to a grieving mother, but kept up their promise. These amazing people are the true heroes in our society. Though Travis might be gone from this earth, his spirit lives on, for as long as his memory is honored by his friends and family, he will never be forgotten!
