Fifth Grade Boys Steal the Show with a Hilarious School Talent Performance

It’s always delightful to watch students display their talents at school showcases, whether they’re singing, dancing, or performing another skill.

While every participant deserves praise for bravely stepping on stage, occasionally a performance stands out for its creativity and energy, far beyond the performers’ years.

In 2017, four fifth graders from New Braunfels Christian Academy in Texas delivered such a standout act at their Elementary Talent Show.

They began their routine shrouded in mystery, hidden beneath a black cloth.

When the cloth was pulled away, the boys revealed themselves in hilarious baby costumes, complete with small prosthetic legs that they manipulated with their arms.

The audience burst into laughter instantly, and the performance only got better from there.

The boys danced and mimed with infectious enthusiasm to popular songs, starting with Taylor Swift’s “Shake It Off,” which set the tone for the fun.

The highlight of their act was their rendition of Carl Douglas’s “Kung Fu Fighting,” where they executed playful kung fu moves in their baby suits, earning cheers and applause from the delighted crowd.
