Without a moment’s hesitation, Passavanti leaped over a safety fence, demonstrating his heroic instincts. Though Rocco was in the water for only a few seconds, the experience was undeniably frightening. Passavanti emphasized the importance of constant vigilance, stating, “You have to get to him as quickly as you possibly can. You just absolutely have to keep an eye on your kids, regardless of any safety measures in place.”
