Dude Pours a Cup of Molten Metal into a Bucket of Sand. By The End, I Was in Awe!
When most people think cupcake pans, a hair dryer and charcoal briquettes, they don’t usually see them being used like this, but this dude managed to combine them (and several other everyday objects) into a cool home made foundry. Apparently, these little lumps of coal can get hot enough to instantly melt cans of aluminum, and melting metal is about million times manlier than barbecuing. He kinda ruined it with that cupcake pan, LOL.
Apart from inherent coolness of casting aluminum ingots, you can further refine them by making some pretty awesome stuff. Be careful though, the amount of things that can go wrong here is huge so think before doing this at home.
