Jeff Gutt started playing guitar when he was only 6 years old, but didn’t start singing until he was in high school. Through a series of frustrating and time-consuming personal events, Jeff was forced to abandon his love for music.
His interesting story eventually led him to the hit television show, The X Factor, where he was presented with America’s choice song for him: “Hallelujah” by Leonard Cohen.
Even though the song has been covered by thousands of artists since its release in 1984, Jeff sang it in a way that left the in-person and online audience in total awe. By the end of his performance, Jeff had won over every single judge on the panel, all of which were eager to see him in the next round.
